First Cereal

Now that Abby is 5 months old I thought we would give her some cereal.  She wasn't quite sure what to think.

Tractor Graveyard

My bedroom is apparently where Daniel's tractors go to die. I walked into my room and this site, straight from his quirky little mind, made me laugh out loud!

More Fun Times

Daniel loves to entertain Abigail and she loves to watch him play. Here he is just being silly for her.

She even likes to watch him run around the playground!

(Sometimes she gets a bit bored though.)

Weekend with the Meyers'

Jonathan had some training to do in the area so they came in from St. Louis to visit for the weekend. Other than a morning with the photographer to get some current family photos we didn't do much but hang out and enjoy the great weather and company.

Modeling

Abigail has so many beautiful spring dresses I had to have her model a few options for the family pictures that are coming up this weekend.

I think I decided that the green plaid and the pink would go best with the outfits of choice for the rest of the family. I'll post some of those pics when we get them back!

Mommy's Birthday Week

Jason was gone for several days early in the month so the Marquiss' invited me to dinner with their friends (to show off the kids no doubt:)). We went to Olive Garden and I thought that Daniel would like to eat the pasta we ordered. Instead he sat on Pappy's lap and ate up all his soup!

On my actual birthday, we went to the Stallings' for scrumptous birthday dinner. Daniel and Jason had a great time playing on the big rock in the back yard. I love watching them play together!

The next day we were playing in the back yard when Roxy started shrieking. I was about to scold her with my usual "there is nothing to bark at" when I looked up and saw horses in the corn field a few yards away! They escaped from their yard at the end of the street and had a fun little walk about!

Later that day we went to the park to fly a kite for the first time.

It lasted a whole five minutes unitl he let go of the holder and Charlie Browned it.
