Daniel loves to talk to the ducks at the zoo - he thinks the quacking is funny. This duck swam right over to him and waddled over to check him out. I thought it was pretty cool.

Easter Party
Kat joined the church's Mothers Recharged group after leaving work. The second meeting of each month is a play date - this month was an Easter party. Daniel and Kat had a rough morning then things got worse at the party. While all of the other kids enjoyed hunting and gathering, Daniel picked up two eggs then just opened a few to eat the stickers inside before pulling random boxes of toys of the shelves. While the others did their craft, Daniel ran around the church trying to do everything he is not allowed to do. I gave up, packed him up and took him home! Oh well. I got one cute picture.

Play with Friends
So I forgot to post pictures of our visit with my best friend last month but they came to visit again yesterday and we didn't take any pictures. So here is the March play date to show you all how cute our kids are together. (Daniel gave Ryan and Taliah big hugs when they left and planted a big wet kiss on Taliah)

Jumping on Daddy
Daniel loves to play with Jason - mostly games that involve speed, jumping and spinning. Some of these are good enough for America's Funniest Home Videos!
Listen carefully - when he gets up he says, "I got smooed" which is what we call kisses from Roxy, our Smoo.

Kat's Volleyball Team
Kat moonlights as a volleyball coach for a local Christian sports organization, Push the Rock. Saturday, April 9th was the second and last tournament of the season. This year her girls were amazing 10-14 year-olds who were all new to the sport. They practiced every Saturday morning for four months and went to two tournaments. They actually came in second at the first one in March and played super at the games last weekend. While the season is over for now, the memories will last.
