We made the decision to stay home for Easter this year and see what the weekend is like at our church. Friday was a worship service and dinner at church that was lovely. Sunday was a beautiful day with a great service including a continental breakfast. Daniel ran around with all his little friends at both meals and pretty much wore himself out completely! It is so adorable to watch a group of 2-5 year olds racing around, hugging each other, and laughing.
My men in their Easter best. After church we went to the new pastor's house for dinner. He felt we should spend the day together because our families are both without other family in the area. His kids entertained Daniel while we got to know each other better.
On the way home from dinner we stopped at the park to prolong our enjoyment of the warm weather. (Daniel crashed early and we will be able to as well!)
